Mission First Housing Group developed the Partnership Preservation Initiative project (PPI) which was used for the rehabilitation of 92 units of housing, among 13 buildings, thereby extending the useful life of these properties as affordable housing. The PPI project included the preservation of 4 expired tax credit projects. The entire Preservation Initiative rehabilitated all 92 units, none of which have had major renovation work in the past 15 years.
We provide 30-year financing for low and middle-income housing projects. (not to individual homeowners).
We provide 25 year financing for non-profits for facilities that will contribute to the area’s development and economic well-being.
For facilities that offer both housing and community development activities, we provide 25 or 30 year loans.
