The Brandywine Center houses health services, resource centers, and low-income apartments for seniors. Community Lenders’ loan to the Coatesville Health Development Corporation is for a newly constructed 4-story building in Coatesville, Pa. The Brandywine Center houses ChesPenn Health Services, Child Guidance Resource Centers, Chester County Community Dental Center, and Human Services, Inc on the first and fourth floors.
