The property is a 28,515 square foot, 2 story, 40-unit apartment building for residents who meet Federal requirements for Section 8 housing. The apartments are operated by Arbor Management. Arbor Management, LLC is the management agent for over 40 properties located in several states. This diversity allows Arbor to offer expertise in a variety of affordable housing programs on both the state and federal levels. Programs administered by Arbor include: Section 8 (family and elderly), Section 236, LIHTC (family and elderly), Rural Development, Home Funds, Federal Home Loan Bank Affordable Housing Program, HODAG and Hope VI.
