Indian Creek Foundation - Group Homes

Group Homes for Mentally and Physically Handicapped. Indian Creek Foundation of Souderton, Pa, is a non-profit organization that provides residential housing, life and social skills training, work experience, and day program space for adults with developmental disabilities. They have received several loans:

  • One loan allowed Indian Creek Foundation to avoid displacing six clients with handicaps living at in Harleysville, Montgomery County, Pa., by buying the home they were leasing when the former landlords decided to sell. (Loan Pool III – 4/26/2007)
  • Another loan allowed Indian Creek Foundation to purchase a home for 3 or 4 clients to live in Franconia Township, Montgomery County, Pa. (Loan Pool III – 5/15/2007)
  • Another recent loan allowed Indian Creek Foundation to purchase a home for 4 clients to live in Sellerville, Montgomery County, Pa. (Loan Pool IV – 5/22/2007)
