Community Lenders was able to assist Better Homes, Inc. of Bucks County (BHI) by refinancing Silverlake Plaza Apartments, which contains 15 townhouses. BHI is a Community Housing Development Organization and has been a developer of affordable housing for over 25 years. BHI has rehabilitated and sold nearly 100 homes and has an inventory of nearly 65 family rental units, including two Low Income Housing Tax Credit, multi-family apartment complexes.  (Loan Pool IV – 1/30/2008)
