Housing Loans
Home for 11 residents was made possible with two loans to BARC for two single-family houses. BARC is a non-profit organization that provides services for 900 adults and children with developmental disabilities in Bucks County, Pa. More Housing Loans. |

Community Development Loans
NorthStar Property Corporation of PA was able to refinance a loan on a building that houses the administrative offices for NorthStar Youth Services. NorthStar Youth Services provides a community home program for dependent children. Children are provided with counseling and other services, attend public school, and are encouraged to participate in school activities. When possible, the agency also facilitates the return of children in their program to families or relatives. At the time of the loan, there were 68 youths between the ages of 8 and 17 in the community home program. More Community Development Loans. |

Mixed-Use Loans
A newly constructed 4-story building in Coatesville, Pa., is home to low-income seniors, thanks to 24 apartments, and several social services agencies. The Brandywine Center represents the first major construction in the heart of Coatesville in over 30 years.
