As a group of more than 25 community banks, we have a stake in the social and economic success of every individual living in Southeastern Pennsylvania. By pooling loan money at competitive rates for redevelopment programs targeted to benefit low-income residents, Community Lenders is able to share what can be higher risk loans to efforts that we believe can help keep our communities strong.

Since forming in 1999, we’ve loaned more than $18 million to help serve 25 agencies and helped provide homes for more than 740 low-income residents or families. Current loans range from $48,000 to $1.5 million.

We provide financing for community redevelopment and revitalization projects in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties.
